CEL San Diego

CEL Institute is located at the very epicenter of Downtown San Diego, near to a lot of restaurants, cafes, shopping center, and of course the famous Horton Plaza, all of these places are only minutes away on foot. CEL is also equipped with the latest technology such as TV’s and sound systems for easy audio-visual learning. Students are able to enjoy free Wi-Fi, air conditioning throughout the school, and the ability to reach a lot of computer devices for personal use or study. It has a very spacious hall with a small kitchen, microwave, and a very wide break area for the students to sit and get to know each other from all around the world.
